You have dedicated IP enabled and Lumail opened one of:

- **Dedicated IP pool is missing** — enabled, but no sending pool is configured. Mail may fall back to shared infrastructure.
- **Dedicated IP is not ready** — warmup status is not `IN_PROGRESS` / `DONE`. Don’t push volume yet.
- **Dedicated IP warmup appears stalled** — status is `IN_PROGRESS` at **0%**. No observed volume through the pool.

## What to do

1. Open **Settings → Dedicated IP**.
2. If the pool is missing, complete setup there or email [support@lumail.io](mailto:support@lumail.io) with the org slug. You cannot create the pool in DNS.
3. If warmup is not ready, keep volume low until status is done. A cold dedicated IP with a full-list blast will defer and bounce.
4. If warmup is stuck at 0%, confirm a real campaign/workflow is actually sending (not only tests to yourself). Tests and mailbox-simulator traffic do not warm the IP.
5. Do not switch back and forth between shared and dedicated mid-warmup.

## After it recovers

Pool-missing resolves when a pool name is configured. Not-ready resolves when warmup is in progress or complete. Stalled-at-0% resolves when warmup percentage moves or status completes.
