You got **Campaign failed**: processing finished, but only *N* of *M* emails were sent.

This is the batch-level outcome, not a single bounce. Recipients that failed stay unsent.

## What to change

1. Open the campaign from the notification.
2. Check **Settings → Deliverability** and **Domains** for open errors (identity, MAIL FROM, sending paused, quota). Fix those first with the matching how-to.
3. Open recipient/failure detail on the campaign. If the wording is SES MAIL FROM / rejected / quota, use:
   - [How to fix a failed send](/docs/deliverability/how-to-fix-email-send-failure)
   - [How to fix a monthly email limit](/docs/deliverability/how-to-fix-monthly-email-limit)
4. If sending was blocked mid-campaign, resume after the block lifts, then send again to the remaining audience (don’t re-send people who already got the email).
5. If almost nobody sent and you also got a **render** alert, fix the template first — [How to fix a campaign render error](/docs/deliverability/how-to-fix-campaign-render-error).
