Is my email stored anywhere?
Pasted text and dropped files never leave your browser. When you send a test email, the raw message is deleted as soon as it is analyzed, and the report is kept for 24 hours only, reachable by its private link. Nothing goes into a database.
How does the test email work?
You get a one-time address that works for one hour and accepts up to three emails. Send your campaign or a test send to it from the tool you normally use. The report shows what the receiving server saw: SPF, DKIM and DMARC results, domain alignment, one-click unsubscribe headers, the Spamhaus domain blocklist, reverse DNS, Gmail clipping, plus every content check.
Will one spam word send my email to spam?
No. Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo weigh your sending reputation, domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and how readers engage far more than any single word. Trigger words matter when they pile up, especially in the subject line and next to other signals like capitals, shortened links or image-only layouts.
How is the score calculated?
Each trigger word has a weight from 1 to 3. Repeats add less than the first use, and words in the subject line count 1.5×. Formatting checks add points on top: capitals, stacked exclamation marks, hidden link destinations, image-heavy layouts, a missing unsubscribe link and scripts or forms. Under 20 is low risk, 20 to 49 is medium, 50 and up is high.
How do I get an .eml file of my email?
Send yourself a test. In Gmail, open it, choose Show original, then Download original. In Apple Mail, choose File, then Save As, with Raw Message Source. In Outlook or Thunderbird, save or drag the message out as .eml. You can also paste the HTML from your email editor, or the raw source.
Does it work for emails in French?
Yes. The list covers English and the most common French triggers, like “gratuit”, “offre limitée”, “cliquez ici” and “satisfait ou remboursé”.
My score is low. Will I land in the inbox?
