Workflows, Ask Lumail, and safer sending
This is Lumail's largest product update so far: a new workflow engine, an assistant available from your dashboard, a resumable onboarding flow, and a safer delivery system underneath every send.
Workflows
Build complete subscriber journeys from a visual canvas. Start from a ready-made template or combine email, wait, wait-until, condition, split, action, goal, and exit steps.
- Ready-made templates for tag emails, welcome sequences, and re-engaging non-openers.
- Versioned publishing keeps active subscribers on the workflow version they entered.
- Runs and timelines show every step, decision, wait, goal, exit, and failure.
- Dry runs let you test a subscriber journey before activating it.
- Success goals and exit rules stop or complete journeys when subscriber behavior changes.
- Workflow groups prevent subscribers from entering conflicting automations.
- Classic workflow conversion creates a safe workflow draft without interrupting existing runs.

Ask Lumail
Ask about campaign performance, inspect subscribers, prepare a campaign, import a list, or build a welcome workflow directly from the dashboard. The assistant uses your selected organization and is available on desktop and mobile.

Onboarding that remembers your progress
Workspace setup now saves the onboarding campaign and lets you resume exactly where you stopped. Sender selection, CSV review, test-email confirmation, and the first activation have clearer loading, retry, and success states.

Better test emails
Test sends have a dedicated priority path, saved recipient addresses, and a clear confirmation before delivery. They stay responsive even while larger campaigns are waiting in the queue.

Safer, fairer delivery
- One global sending budget protects deliverability across campaigns, workflows, retries, and test emails.
- Fair organization scheduling prevents one large send from starving smaller workspaces.
- Durable delivery recovery keeps enough state to reconcile interrupted sends without blindly sending duplicates.
- Verified sender ownership prevents campaigns and workflows from using another organization's sender.
- Persistent notifications surface sending, domain, and workflow problems with direct actions.
- Safer imports preserve subscriber consent and reject ambiguous status mappings before saving them.
These changes are designed to make Lumail easier to operate day to day while keeping the sending pipeline predictable when traffic, billing state, or provider availability changes.
