What this tool checks
Plain text, HTML and files. Paste or drop .txt, .csv or .eml. HTML entities such as @ and mailto: links are decoded before matching.
Obfuscation. Common patterns like name [at] domain [dot] com and name(at)domain.com are turned back into addresses.
Dedupe and order. The first spelling of each address wins. Later repeats are dropped. You can group by domain, sort, and drop role addresses.
Hand off to the list cleaner. “Validate these addresses” opens the list cleaner with the result in sessionStorage. Addresses never go in the query string.
How to fix common issues
Missed obfuscated addresses
The matcher covers [at]/[dot], (at)/(dot) and {at}/{dot}. Unusual schemes such as images of addresses cannot be read here.
Too many role inboxes
Turn on “Drop role addresses” to hide info@, admin@ and similar before you copy or download.
Huge paste
Input is capped so the tab stays responsive. Split a very large dump and run it in parts.
Frequently asked questions
Is my text sent to a server?
No. Extraction runs in your browser. Use “Validate these addresses” if you want the list cleaner’s server-side MX and disposable checks next.
Why are some addresses missing?
The extractor skips strings that are not shaped like an email after decoding. Image-only addresses and uncommon obfuscation will not match.
Can I download a CSV?
Yes. Copy as a list, as comma-separated values, or download a CSV. Group-by-domain is available before you copy.
Will the next page show my addresses in the URL?
No. The list cleaner reads them from sessionStorage and then clears that key.
