Free plan goes down to 3,000 emails/month

The Free plan includes 3,000 emails per month. It still includes campaigns, subscribers, the API, AI tools, and workflows without per-subscriber pricing.

The transition is complete

The temporary rollout buffer has ended. Both the monthly and daily sending limits now match the 3,000-email allowance for every Free organization, unless an administrator has granted that organization a custom limit.

What happens when you reach the limit

• Campaign and workflow sending pauses instead of failing permanently.
• Editing campaigns, subscribers, and workflows remains available.
• Sending resumes after the monthly allowance resets or after an eligible plan upgrade.
• Usage warnings appear before the limit so there is time to review or upgrade.

Paid plans keep their existing included volume and overage behavior.
