You got Campaign failed: processing finished, but only N of M emails were sent.
This is the batch-level outcome, not a single bounce. Recipients that failed stay unsent.
What to change
- Open the campaign from the notification.
- Check Settings → Deliverability and Domains for open errors (identity, MAIL FROM, sending paused, quota). Fix those first with the matching how-to.
- Open recipient/failure detail on the campaign. If the wording is SES MAIL FROM / rejected / quota, use:
- If sending was blocked mid-campaign, resume after the block lifts, then send again to the remaining audience (don’t re-send people who already got the email).
- If almost nobody sent and you also got a render alert, fix the template first — How to fix a campaign render error.
