Email Step

Send emails to subscribers in your workflows

Send an email to the subscriber in the workflow. Links to an existing campaign.

Behavior

  • Fetches fresh subscriber data before sending
  • Skips if subscriber unsubscribed (workflow continues)
  • Skips if campaign deleted (workflow continues)
  • Fails if email limit reached

Duplicate Prevention

Each subscriber receives each campaign only once by default.

With Allow Repeats enabled, same email can be sent again with 24-hour cooldown.
