How to fix sending infrastructure

What to do when bounce feedback, event tracking, or account sending is marked unhealthy in Lumail.

These alerts are Lumail platform checks (feedback topic, configuration set, account sending). You cannot fix them by editing DNS at your registrar.

Alert	Meaning
Bounce and complaint feedback is not connected	The account feedback topic is missing on the sending identity. Bounce/complaint events stop reaching the deliverability ledger.
Email event tracking is disabled	The configuration set has sending disabled. New mail is rejected until it is enabled.
Configuration set event destination is unhealthy	Bounce, complaint, or delivery destinations are missing or disabled. Outcome metrics go stale.
Email sending is paused	Sending is paused at account level. This is not an inbox-placement finding.

What to do

Open Settings → Deliverability and confirm the alert is still open.
Do not rotate DNS or “re-add” the domain to try to fix this — that does not reconnect platform eventing.
Email [email protected] with the organization slug and the alert title. These rows are repaired on the sending account, not in your DNS host.

If sending is paused, campaigns and workflows will fail until the account is enabled again. Domain fallback does not bypass an account-level pause.
