How sending gets unlocked automatically when you verify your domain, and how your sender score keeps it unlocked
New accounts start in a limited mode: you can build campaigns, import subscribers, and send test emails to your own address, but not to your audience yet. This screening protects the deliverability of every sender on Lumail.
Unlocking is automatic — no form, no waiting for a human.
Verify your own sending domain. The moment your DNS records verify, your account is approved automatically and sending unlocks:
You can follow your status at any time in Settings → Verification, which shows the checklist and your sender score.
Automatic verification includes 3,000 emails per month. Higher volume requires both a paid plan and additional verification from the verification page. Your plan's sending limit still applies after approval.
Your sender score (0–100) reflects the last 30 days of sending: bounces, spam complaints, opens, and clicks. It is visible in Settings → Verification.
As long as your score stays healthy, nothing changes. If your sending degrades — a spam complaint, or a sustained pattern of high bounces and low engagement — automatic verification can be paused and sending restricted until you complete additional verification. You'll be notified in-app with the exact next step if that happens.
